Meet Your Instructor
Raphael Lavoie-Brand is a renowned self-massage expert in the province of Quebec, Canada. He teaches online to international students, but also in local colleges, community centers, businesses and personal growth conferences.
He created Mindfulness Self-Massage as a response to the pandemic after discovering the incredible benefits of reconnecting people with their own touch, in a socially distanced world.
Raphael is also a certified massage therapist and a former communications officer at the Federation of Massage Therapist in Quebec (FQM).
